Ready-to-eat sauce with mussels harvested from the coast of the Conero Riviera and Paccasassi (sea fennel).

Ingredients: tomato pulp 50%, mussels (Mytilus galloprovincialis) (Mollusks) 18%, natural mussel juice, double tomato concentrate, extra virgin olive oil, sunflower oil, Paccasassi (Sea fennel / Crithmum maritimum) 2%, corn starch, onion, sugar, salt, garlic powder, acidity regulator: lactic acid, wine vinegar.

Allergens: MOLLUSCS. May contain MUSTARD, TREE NUTS.

Use and matches: portions for pasta: 3-4 people. Mix with a little cooking water and pour over the pasta.
